Privacy Policy
RE Dev Ops ("we", "us") runs redevops.in and its project subdomains. This page explains what personal information we collect through the website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address and the message you write. We use it only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the project.
- WhatsApp chat: when you press send, WhatsApp opens with your message. Anything you send there is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy policy. We may also keep a copy of the message you typed so your enquiry isn't lost.
- Calendly bookings: if you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email and chosen time under its own privacy policy and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting.
- Email and phone: if you write or call us directly, we keep that conversation to follow up with you.
- Usage analytics: we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site, for example which sections get read and where people get stuck. Clarity uses cookies and records interactions such as clicks and scrolling. We don't use it to identify you.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your personal information.
- We don't add you to marketing lists without asking.
- We don't ask for sensitive information such as financial or government ID details through the website.
Who else handles your data
To run the site we rely on a few service providers, who process data on our behalf or under their own policies: Vercel (hosting), Google Fonts (fonts), Microsoft Clarity (analytics), Calendly (call scheduling), WhatsApp (chat), and the email and automation tools we use to receive and organise enquiries. Some of these providers may store data outside India.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into a project are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, we keep project communication for as long as the project needs it and as required for legal and accounting purposes.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct or update it;
- delete it, where we don't need to keep it for a legal reason;
- stop using it for anything other than what you originally contacted us about.
Email hello@redevops.in with the subject "Privacy request" and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser at any time; the site works without them.
